Claudia was born in NJ, raised in Connecticut and grew up in Fairfield County. Lisa Totz
Lisa Totz
Consultant Coordinating Amherst Area Gift Card Program
A 15+ year veteran of corporate America working for defense contractors, micro-electronics manufacturers and more as a Systems Engineer, Design and Test Engineer and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I was looking for greater satisfaction than just to be a cog in the machine. As an independent consultant, one could be the lubricant - instead of the cog, enabling organizations to become more efficient, effective, proactive and responsive.
Lisa will be coordinating the expansion and increased effectiveness of our Amherst Area Gift Card Program.

Grace Tredo
Marketing Intern, UMass Amherst Student

Hello! I am a freshman at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, majoring in Biology on the pre-medical track! I am also in the Commonwealth Honors College, and I am living on campus this semester. I am from Belchertown, so I am pretty familiar with this area! I love marketing and establishing ways to connect with the community, especially in times like now. I am so incredibly excited to be teaming up with the Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce to help support them and the local community in any way that I can! I am looking forward to diving deeper, and finding innovative ways of providing support through such unprecedented and challenging times.

Grace Tredo will be focusing on digital marketing of Chamber members including bringing back "Membership Mondays" and implementing "Takeout Tuesdays," as well as maintaining our online "Open for Business" Listing.
