Lisa is a 20+ year veteran of corporate America working in various roles for Boeing, Raytheon and Exelis (formerly ITT and K&M Electronics) and as a solopreneur. Her Electrical Engineering degree from Norwich University, Military College of Vermont crossed with the variation and waste reducing principles of Lean Six Sigma has made her extremely versatile in a manufacturing environment as well as other industries. She uses those fundamentals to consult on business process improvements for Small Businesses in hospitality, manufacturing, business to consumer relations as well as business to business as a Change Agent.

Lisa is the President of The Jimmy Fund Council of Western Massachusetts and has been active member of the Council for 10+ years as a member of the Allie's Five O'Clock Fund Committee, a volunteer for the Suffield PMC Kids Ride and the founder of Tri for Jimmy, a sports event on behalf of the Jimmy Fund and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

She has been recognized in Tucson, Arizona as a Woman on the Move, and again here in Western Massachusetts as a member of the 2011 Class of 40 under Forty. Her business, LT Consulting helps organizations to save time and money with process improvements, data integration and leveraging technology. She has been known to work smarter, not harder by many.

Coming from larger corporations Lisa needed to learn about growing a business and jumped in with both feet with membership to Business Builders BNI, Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce and was graduate from Holyoke Spark entrepreneurial program. She continues to developed her business with the Family Business Center of Pioneer Valley (FBC), the Inner City Capital Connections (ICIC) and most recently a member of the Women Business Owner's Alliance (WBOA). She will share experience and insight she has garnered from years focused on process improvement and change management. She and her client will be presenting how they have worked through the pandemic challenges to keep two restaurants open, employees on payroll and adapt to the needs of the community and industry alike.
