But having your own E-Commerce site isn't as hard- or as expensive- as you might think. Learn how one small, family owned retailer teamed up with a local designer and used open source software to create a growing collection of online stores. John Urschel, co-owner of Essentials, and Anthony Salembene, director of the Creative Republic, will show you how they found new customers by using simple to operate free software.
